Display Programs are intended for dealers to showcase the most current models that our manufacturers have to offer. AF Distributors submits display credit requests to the manufacturers as a courtesy to our dealers. To qualify, Display units must be new, current models and most manufacturers require units to be on display for a minimum of 12 mos. Only one display of each model will be approved; multiple locations are allowed. Display programs are only available to dealer customers in the primary distribution area of the servicing distributor.
Universal Display Credit Terms:
- Please provide two photos of entire unit and accessories installed. If hearth or BBQ demo unit, please take photo of the unit installed and functioning.
- Please provide AF Distributors account #, Sales Order, Date of Installation, Serial Number
- Complete webform, filling out all required fields. Incomplete forms will not be submitted.
- Displays are processed in the order that they are received.

AF Distributors Display Program Terms & Agreement
1. **Payment Terms & Photo Requirement:** All display orders will have 60-day payment terms applied. Once the two (2) photographs of the entire installed and/or burning (if applicable) display unit(s) are received, AF Distributors will proactively issue the applicable display discount to the invoice.
2. Post 60 Days: If photos are not received within the 60 day timeline, 100% of the display invoice will be due for payment. Once we receive the photos needed to process the submittal, we will submit the display credit request to the Manufacturer and credit the dealer account once the manufacturer credit has been received by AF Distributors.
3. Minimum Display Period: All display items must remain on display for a minimum period of one (1) year from the installation date.
4. Manufacturers Timelines: AF Distributors submits display credit requests to the manufacturers as a courtesy to its dealers. Approval of these credits is subject to the manufacturer’s policies and timelines.
5. Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for display credits, the displayed units must be new, current models.
